Ingredients:
Beef ( boneless ) - ½ kg / 500 gms ( cut into small cubes )
Pork ( boneless & without skin ) - ½ kg / 500 gms ( cut into small cubes )
Onions - 3 ( medium ) / 200 gms ( finely cut )
Tomatoes - 3 ( medium ) / 200 gms ( finely cut )
Potatoes - 2 ( medium ) / 200 gms ( cut into cubes )
Carrots - 4 ( small to medium ) / 200 gms ( cut into cubes )
Green Peas - Around 1 ½ cups / 200 gms
Macaroni - 225 to 250 gms
Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Spice powder - 2 ½ tsp
Ginger - Garlic paste - 4 tbsp
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp + 2 ½ tsp
Cooking Oil - 5 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Water - 2 ½ cups / 625 ml
Water - 1 ½ litres
To make 5 tsp of Spice powder, dry roast & grind whole spices or use powder :-
Black Peppercorns - 1 tsp
Cloves - 1 tsp
Cinnamon sticks ( small pieces ) - 2 tsp
Cardamoms ( without skin ) - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
