INGREDIENTS
500g (3 cups) frozen strawberries;
60ml (¼ cup) lemon juice;
10ml (2 tsp) honey.

METHOD
1. Put strawberries, honey, and lemon juice into a blender. Blend until smooth (you might need to add some water to help get a smoother texture).
2. Transfer the sorbet mixture into a container and smooth it out. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until set in the middle. Use a hot ice cream scoop (dip it into boiling water) to form sorbet for serving.
