INGREDIENTS
Phyllo pastry
Butter (melted)
260g (1 cup) of ricotta
Vanilla extract
80g (3/4 cup) of powdered sugar
Pistachio grains
Candied orange
Powdered sugar for decoration

METHOD
1. Arrange the phyllo dough sheet on the cutting board and brush it with melted butter. Arrange two more sheets and brush them with butter.
2. Cut the phyllo dough in half and brush the bottom side. Place the cannoli and roll it up.
3. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes.
4. In a bowl add the ricotta, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar and whisk to combine. Fill the piping bag.
5. Unmold the cannoli after baking and fill them with prepared cream. Decorate with pistachio grains and candied orange slices.
6. Serve them all together on a serving dish and decorate them with powdered sugar.
