INGREDIENTS
480g (3 cups) of all-purpose flour
7g of  dry yeast
6g (1 tsp) of salt
70g (¼ cup) of sugar
160g (¾ cup) of pumpkin puree
1 egg
130ml (½ cup) of lukewarm milk
50g (3 tbsp) of softened butter
Egg wash and melted butter

METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
2. Whisk milk with sugar, egg, and pumpkin puree. Mix flour with salt and yeast.
3. Add dry ingredients into liquids and mix well. Add butter and knead for 10 minutes or until soft. Form into a ball, place into a bowl, and cover with plastic. Let it rise for 2 hours.
4. Form 20 individual buns roll each into a ball. Place into a parchment-covered baking pan. Set aside until doubled in size. Brush with egg wash.
5. Bake for 25 minutes. Brush melted butter on top of the buns before serving.
