INGREDIENTS
 
260ml (1 cup) of milk
7g (1/2 tbsp) of dry yeast
5g (1/2 tbsp) of sugar
1 egg
420g (3 1/2 cups) of all-purpose flour
6g (1/4 tbsp) of salt
15g (1 1/4 tbsp) of olive oil
2 bell peppers
Ricotta cheese
Salami
Cheese
Egg for egg wash
Black sesame seeds
 
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the milk, dry yeast, sugar, egg, flour, and salt and mix. When the dough starts to form knead it with your hands until the dough. Add olive oil and continue kneading until the dough absorbs oil. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 60 minutes, or until is double in volume.
2. Cut the pepper into pieces and transfer to the pan. Pour olive oil and fry until the peppers become soft.
3. After time has elapsed punch out the gass from the dough and split it into half. Roll out each half and at one half arrange ricotta cheese, salami, peppers, and cheese.
4. Close with another rolled half and close the edges well. Pierce the dough with a fork and make the cubes with the oven rack. Cut a little bit more with the dough cutter.
5. Transfer to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and brush with egg. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
6. Cut the savory pizza after baking on slices and serve on a serving dish.
