INGREDIENTS
(DOSA)
Urad dhal - 1 Cup
Fenugreek Seeds - 2 Tsp
Rice - 3 Cups
Flattened Rice (POHA) - 1 Cup

(COCONUT CHUTNEY)
Coconut grated - 1 Cup
Roasted Chana Dhal - 3 Tbsp.
`Ginger - Small piece
Green Chilies - 3 to 4
Water
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
(For Tempering)
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Curry Leaves - A Spring
Dried Red Chilies - 2

(GARLIC CHUTNEY)
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Shallots - 1/4 Tsp
Garlic - 1/4 Cup and a little more
Red Dried Chilies - 10 To 12
Tamarind Juice - 1 Tbsp
(For Tempering)
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Curry Leaves - A Spring


TIPS -
Soaked Urad dhal Mixture should be grinded very well into a smooth paste
Soaked Rice Mixture should be grinded into a slightly coarse batter little bit of grainy if not the Dosa will not be crispy.
