INGREDIENTS
1 package of chocolate ladyfingers biscuits
110g (½ cup) of mascarpone
160 ml (⅔ cup) of full-fat cream
40ml (2 tbsp) of espresso
40g (4 tbsp) of powdered sugar
50 g (½ cup) of hazelnut cream
Espresso and shredded coconut for decor

METHOD
1. In a large bowl beat full-fat cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
2. Add mascarpone and coff. Work the mixture with a blender again.
3. Pipe the cream on top of a ladyfinger biscuit and cover it with another biscuit.
4. Heat hazelnut cream in a microwave for 30 seconds. Pour into a piping bag. Drizzle hazelnut cream on top of the biscuits.
5. Another way of serving this dessert would be dipping each cookie sandwich in coffee and covering it with shredded coconut.
