INGREDIENTS
200ml (3/4 cup) full-fat milk
2 eggs
600g (4 3/4 cups) flour
7g dry yeast
50g (1/4 cup) sugar 
2 tsp salt
200g butter

250g (1 1/4 cups) brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon 
150g butter 

1 egg
2 tbsp milk 
Sugar glaze

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together warm milk with sugar and yeast, and add in eggs and butter. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
2. Roll out the dough, spread butter and brown sugar onto it, and fold it in half.
3. Cut into 12 strips, braid, and wrap it.
4. Transfer to the baking pan, spread with egg wash, and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes.
5. Spread with the sugar glaze.
