Crispy Zinger Chicken Pockets

Ingredients for Crispy Chicken:
Chicken thighs (boneless) 8-10
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour (for coating) as required
Chilled water as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Dough Preparation:
All-purpose flour 3 cups
Yeast 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required

Ingredients for Creamy Coleslaw:
Cabbage (julienne) 1 cup
Carrot (julienne) 1 cup
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Icing sugar 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Ingredients for Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Mustard paste 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Prepared dough
Prepared creamy coleslaw
Prepared sauce
Prepared chicken

Directions for Crispy Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add chicken, paprika powder, black pepper crushed, red chili powder, garlic powder, salt, mustard paste, lemon juice and mix it well.
2. Now take this marinated chicken, coat it in flour, dip in chilled water for 2 seconds, coat in flour again and deep fry until crispy and fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Dough Preparation:
3. In a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, salt and mix it well. Knead a smooth dough. Cover it with cling film and let it rest until it doubles in size.
Directions for Creamy Coleslaw Preparation:
4. In a bowl add cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, icing sugar, black pepper, salt and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Sauce Preparation:
5. In a bowl add mayo, ketchup, mustard paste and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
1. Now take the dough and divide it into 2 equal parts. Take one part and roll it out into flat circle.
2. Cut into circular shapes with circular cutter. Now heat them on a preheated griddle until golden from each side.
3. Take the prepared pita breads and cut the from the center horizontally. Add sauce, prepared chicken, creamy coleslaw in it and serve. Your Crispy Zinger Chicken Pockets are ready.
