Fruit Custard Seviyan

Ingredients for Fruits Custard Seviyan:
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Full Cream Milk 1 litre
Sugar 1 cup
Vermicelli 1 cup
Custard slurry (custard powder 3/4 cup + water 1/2 cup)
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1/2 cup
Apple (cubes) 1 cup
Banana (sliced) 1 cup
Strawberry chunks 1 cup

Ingredients for Strawberry Jelly:
Water 2 cups
Strawberry jelly powder 1 pack

Ingredients for Assembling:
Fruit custard seviyan
Strawberry jelly
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Whipping Cream 1 pack
Banana slices as required
Strawberry sliced as required
Almonds (chopped) as required

Directions for Fruit Custard Seviyan Preparation:
1. In a pot heat NESTLÉ MILKPAK Full Cream Milk and add sugar. Cook until sugar dissolves. Add vermicelli and cook until vermicelli gets soft.
2. Now add custard slurry gradually while mixing. Cook until it thickens.
3. Now transfer it to a bowl add place this bowl on the ice cubes. Mix it well until it cools down to room temperature.
4. Now add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream and mix it well. Add apple, banana, strawberries and mix it again. Set aside.
Directions for Strawberry Jelly Preparation:
5. In a pan heat water and bring it to a boil. Add strawberry jelly powder and cook until it dissolves. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
6. In a bowl add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
Note: Chill the cream overnight in the fridge and whip it with an electric beater.
Note: Do not put in freezer to chill, cream won’t whip once it gets gold temperature shock.
7. In a serving bowl add layers of fruit custard seviyan and strawberry jelly.
8. Lastly top it with whipped cream, banana slices, strawberry slices and almonds. Your Fruit Custard Seviyan are ready.

Cooking time: 25-30 mins
Servings: 5-6
