Beef Tongue - 1 kg ( without skin )
Salt - 1 tsp
For Marination :
Turmeric / Haldi powder - ½ tsp
Cumin / Jeera seeds - 1 tsp
Black Peppercorns - 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 ½ inch
Cloves - 8
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 12 cloves
Goan Vinegar - 3 tbsp
( If Goan Vinegar is not available, Apple Cider or Palm Vinegar can be used
)

Black Peppercorns - 8 to 10
Green Cardamom - 2
Ginger - 1 inch piece ( cut into pieces )
Red Kashmiri Chillies - 4 ( broken into pieces )
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Onions - 3 ( medium size ) ( sliced )
Tomatoes - 2 ( medium size ) ( sliced )
Cooking Oil - 3 tbsp
Water - 1 cup / 250 ml
Water - ½ cup / 125 ml
Goan Spice powder - ½ tsp
