Pork Meat with bones / Ribs - 1 kg
Salt - 1 tsp
Ingredients for Marination:
Red Kashmiri Chillies - 6
Turmeric / Haldi powder - ½ tsp
Cumin / Jeera seeds - 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch stick
Cloves - 8
Black Peppercorns - ½ tsp
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 10 cloves
Goan Vinegar - 3 tbsp
( If Goan Vinegar is not available, Apple Cider or Palm Vinegar can be used )
Water - 6 tbsp or more
Salt - 1 tsp
Tamarind - 1 inch ball
Warm Water - ½ cup
Onions - 4 medium size ( sliced )
Green Chillies - 1 medium size ( slit )
Red Kashmiri Chillies - 4 ( break them )
Garlic - 4 cloves ( smashed )
Sugar - 1 tsp
Water - ½ cup / 125 ml
