Pork And Potato Skewers: Mouth-watering!

INGREDIENTS
9 pork cutlets
Salt
Pepper
3 potatoes
2 onions
Paprika
Olive oil
Bacon
40g (2 1/2 tbsp) of soy sauce
15g (1 tbsp) of ketchup
15g (1 tbsp) of mustard
22g (1 tbsp) of honey

METHOD
1. Arrange the cling film on a cutting board and place the pork cutlets. Season them with salt and pepper on both sides cover with another layer of cling film and beat with a meat hammer.
2. Slice the potatoes and onion to prepare them. Transfer potatoes to the bowl.
3. In a bowl with potatoes add soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, and honey and mix with hands.
4. Place the two skewers on the cutting board and start adding the potatoes, then pork cutlet, onion rings, and bacon. Repeat the process to cover the whole skewers.
5. Cover the meat with the parchment paper and transfer it to the baking tray. Bake in oven at 190°C/374°F for 60 minutes.
6. In a small bowl add the soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, and honey and mix to combine.
7. Remove the parchment paper from the meat and brush with the prepared marinade. Bake in oven at 190°C/374°F for 20 minutes.
8. Serve on a serving dish after baking.
