وصفة خبز البراتا اللذيذة التي لن تخيب ظنك أبدًا!
A delicious paratha bread recipe that never disappoints!



مكونات:

اربعة اكواب دقيق متعدد الاستعمالات (600 جرام)
كوب واحد من دقيق القمح الكامل (150 جرام)
نصف ملعقة كبيرة ملح
كوبان وربع من الماء (560 مل)
رشة من الخميرة
سمن أو زبدة للدهن
حبة سوداء للتزيين


التعليمات:


تحضير العجينة:

يُمزج الدقيق، والملح، والماء، والخميرة في وعاء العجن.

نعجن لمدة 10 دقائق حتى الحصول على قوام متوسط الصلابة.

غطيها واتركيها ترتاح لمدة 10 دقائق.

نقطعها إلى 3 قطع ونرشها بالدقيق ونغطيها لمدة 5 دقائق.


طي العجين:


نفرد كل قطعة على لوح مرشوش بالدقيق.

تدهن بالسمن، مع رشة دقيق، ثم تطوى أفقيا إلى أربع طبقات.

ثم نلفها على شكل دائرة صغيرة ونثني النهاية.

تحضير صينية الخبز:

ضعي العجينة المطوية في صينية خبز مدهونة بالسمن.

رشي الحبة السوداء فوق العحين.

نغطيها ونتركها ترتاح. كرري نفس الطريقة للقطع ألاخرى.


الخبز:

سخني الفرن إلى 500 درجة فهرنهايت (260 درجة مئوية).

قومي بتسوية العجينة في صينية الخبز

اخبزيها لمدة 10 دقائق، وراقبيها عن كثب.

اختياريًا، دهنيها بالسمن وقدميها مع الكاري أو العسل.

Ingredients:

Four cups all-purpose flour (600g)
One cup whole wheat flour (150g)
Half a tbsp salt
Two and one fourth cups of water (560ml)
Sprinkle of yeast
Ghee or butter for brushing
Black seeds for topping

Instructions:

Prepare Dough:

Combine flours, salt, water, and yeast in a kneading bowl.
Knead for 10 mins until medium-firm consistency.
Cover and let rest for 10 mins.
Cut into 3 pieces, sprinkle with flour, and cover for 5 mins.

Rolling and Folding:

Roll each piece on a floured board.
Brush with ghee, sprinkle flour, fold horizontally into 4 layers.
Roll into a small circle and tuck the end.
Pan Preparation:

Place the folded dough in a ghee-brushed baking pan.
Sprinkle black seeds on top.
Cover and let it rest. Repeat for other pieces.

Baking:
Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
Flatten the dough into the baking pan
Bake for 10 mins, monitoring closely.
Optionally, brush with ghee and serve with your favorite curry or honey.
