Macaroni Fruit Chaat

Ingredients for Imli Chutney:
Tamarind pulp 2 cups
Sugar 1/2 cup
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Slurry (water 1/4 cup + water 1 tbsp)

Ingredients for Khubani Chutney:
Soaked apricot (khubani) 1 ½ cup
Sugar 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Strawberry cubes 1 cup
Banana slices 1 cup
Apple cubes 1 cup
Kiwi cubes 1 cup
Guava cubes 1 cup
Grapes (half cut) 1 cup
Boiled macaroni 2 cups
Pomegranate 1 cup
Imli chutney as required
Khubani chutney as required
Chaat masala 1 tbsp

Directions for Imli Chutney Preparation:
1. In a pan heat tamarind pulp and bring it to a boil. Add sugar, red chili powder, salt, black salt, cumin powder and cook for 2-3 mins.
2. Add slurry and cook until it thickens. Let it cool at room temperature and set aside.
Directions for Khubani Chutney Preparation:
3. In a blender add soaked apricot and blend it well.
4. Transfer it to a preheated pan and add sugar. Cook until sugar dissolves. Let it cool at room temperature and set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
5. In a bowl add strawberry, banana, apple, kiwi, guava, grapes, boiled macaroni, pomegranate, imli chutney, khubani chutney, chaat masala and mix it well.
6. Your Macaroni Fruit Chaat is ready. Serve and enjoy.
Prep time: 30-35 mins
Cooking time: 15-20 mins
Servings: 3-4
