00:12 Crispy Mashed Potato Cheese Balls

Ingredients
– 600g potatoes
– 0.5 bunch of chives
– 2-3 stalks of parsley
– 100g of raw smoked bacon
– 1 clove of garlic
– a teaspoon of ground paprika
– 5g pepper and salt
- 2 eggs
– 200g of yellow cheese
– 100g of wheat flour
– 100g breadcrumbs

Place the boiled and mashed potatoes in a bowl and let cool. Finely chop the chives and cut the bacon into cubes. Cut the cheese into approximately 1 cm cubes.
Add chives, parsley, bacon, pressed garlic to the potatoes, add the egg and season with pepper and salt. Mix everything thoroughly. Take about a spoonful of the prepared mass and form small pancakes in your hands. Place a ball of cheese in the center of each and roll the whole thing into a ball with a cheese center (the mass should completely cover the cheese). Repeat this step until you use up all the potato mixture.

In 3 bowls, prepare the flour, breadcrumbs and beaten egg. Coat each potato ball in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
Heat a lot of oil in a pan (it should reach half of the potato ball). Fry a few balls at a time until golden, then drain on a paper towel.

You can heat the ready balls in an oven preheated to 200°C for 5 minutes - then the cheese will melt perfectly and the coating will be crispy. You can also use a microwave oven, the heating time is shorter - about 30 seconds.
The potato balls are ready - a perfect party snack!

Ingredients:
– 300g shrimps cooked in shell
- an avocado
– 2 Roma tomatoes
– a tablespoon of olive oil
– a teaspoon of lemon juice
- salt and pepper
– small cups, glasses
Ingredients for the cake:
– glass of dark beer (200ml)
– 50g of wheat flour
– 50g of corn flour
– 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
– Old Bay seasoning 1 teaspoon
- salt pepper
– flour for coating shrimps
- frying oil
Prepare the dough
While you prepare the vegetables and shrimps, the dough will rest.
It is important to make the dough well in advance because it should stand for at least 15 minutes to give the gluten contained in the flour time to break down and combine with the water.
Pour dark beer into a tall vessel, add wheat flour, corn flour, baking powder, Old Bay seasoning, season with salt and pepper. Use a blender, mix.

Peel the shrimp without removing the tail.
Peel the avocado and cut into cubes. Wash the tomato, also cut it into cubes, combine with the avocado, add lemon juice, salt and pepper, mix, and finally add olive oil.

Frying shrimps
Pour about 1/2 liter of oil into a frying pan with a thick bottom and heat it up. Take the shrimp by the tail, dip it in the flour, then in the dough and transfer it to the oil. Fry in deep oil at 160 degrees until golden brown (approx. 2 minutes). After removal, place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Arranging in a cup
Put two teaspoons of the avocado and tomato mixture into each cup, one shrimp in the dough, put small forks and a herb leaf, e.g. parsley.
