Ingredients:
- puff pastry
– 100g smoked salmon
– 50g of cream cheese
– 50g grated mozzarella cheese
– a spoon of dill
– 2 peppers
Sprinkle the puff pastry with mozzarella cheese, spread smoked salmon on one side, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and roll up like a roulade. Cut into 1.5 cm strips, arrange around the heart-shaped form, brush with milk using a brush.
Place in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Cool.

Sauce ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
– 2 mayonnaise
– a tablespoon of chopped dill
– a pinch of garlic powder
– salt and pepper to taste
