Everyone likes carpaccio, and the puff pastry snack is always popular. We combine them into delicious carpaccio snacks with puff pastry. Preparation is simple as always. You make your own toast from puff pastry. Then you spread homemade pesto on them. Place carpaccio, arugula, pine nuts and parmesan on top. Instead of pesto for a carpaccio snack, you can also opt for truffle mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- puff pastry
- 1 egg
– 1 large spoon of pine nuts
– 1 pack of braseol
– 3 tablespoons of fresh green pesto
– a handful of arugula
– Parmesan flakes to taste

Homemade basil pesto:
– 70g basil
– 55g pine nuts
– 90 ml of olive oil
– 50g of parmesan
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 10ml lemon juice
- salt and pepper

This exceptionally hard cheese has an aromatic and spicy bouquet and can be eaten straight out of the box or used as an addition to stuffing.
Puff pastry baskets with Gruyere cheese, spinach and eggs, a delicious warm appetizer.
Ingredients:
– 3 sheets of frozen puff pastry (you can use regular, unfrozen)
– 3 eggs
– 3 tablespoons of sweet cream
– 1 tablespoon of chopped thyme
– salt, pepper, a little nutmeg, approx. 1/2 teaspoon
Stuffing:
– 50g grated Gruyere cheese
– a handful of chopped spinach
– medium red pepper, cut into cubes
– fried and crumbled bacon (leave a little for decoration)

I filled the burgers with mackerel, apple and cress filling because I think it's a super tasty combination. Another advantage of this dish is that the filling can be prepared much earlier. You make the puff pastry burgers in the evening and fill them just before serving.

Ingredients:
– puff pastry, defrosted
– canned mackerel fillet in oil (125 grams)
– 1 apple
– 1 container of cress
– 200 grams of creme fraiche
– black sesame or black cumin
- 1 egg
- pepper and salt
