Cut out circles from the bread, dip the sides in sour cream and roll in Chipotle chili. Place two slices of Konecke salami.
Cut the cucumber into long slices, cut them lengthwise but not all the way through, fold them into a flower, skewer them and place them on top of the salami. Decorate with a green leaf.

Chop the dill, combine with the cheese, season with salt and pepper and mix.
