Cinnamon - ½ inch piece
Black Peppercorns - 4
Cloves - 4
Green Cardamom - 1
Nutmeg - 1/8 piece
Star Anise - 2 petals
Mace - little
Bay Leaf - 1
Sugar - ½ tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Cooking Oil / Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp + 2 tsp
Water - 7 ½ cups / 1 litre 875 ml
