Tossed with pork and cabbage, this Yakisoba with Malony Glass Noodles is an easy stir-fried noodle that’s gluten-free! Homemade yakisoba sauce makes it all special.

INGREDIENTS

6 oz cabbage (170 g; roughly 4 leaves)
1 package Malony (Glass Noodles) (100 g) - See Notes
1 Tbsp neutral flavor oil (vegetable, canola, etc)
4 oz thinly sliced pork loin (113 g)
salt (kosher or sea salt; use half if using table salt)
freshly ground black pepper
4 oz bean sprouts (handful; 113 g)

- Homemade Yakisoba Sauce -
4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (I used Lea & Perrins)
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp oyster sauce (use GF oyster sauce for gluten-free)
1 Tbsp soy sauce (use GF soy sauce for gluten-free)
1 Tbsp sake

- To Garnish -
Aonori (dried green seaweed)
Red pickled ginger
