食材
*黄桃果酱
3 桃子
桃子重量30%~50%的白砂糖
柠檬汁

*饼皮面糊
3 鸡蛋
100g 低筋面粉
300g 牛奶
30g 白砂糖
40g 黄油

*桃子奶油
70g 奶油奶酪
250g 淡奶油
80g 桃子果酱
20g 白砂糖

小贴士:
* 千层饼皮的面糊记得要过滤, 不要有未溶解的面粉颗粒。
* 摊饼的温度要控制好, 手摸着热了再倒面糊。
* 台面长度不够的话, 可以卷一点再接上饼皮继续卷, 具体看视频。

We add it to our layered crepe roll, blend it with cream, and infuse the entire roll with the aroma of peaches. It's delicious, highly recommended, and a visually appealing dessert! It's quite simple to make; if you can make pancakes and fold clothes, you can make this for sure!

Ingredients
*Peach Jam
3 peaches
30%~50% of peach weight in white sugar
Lemon juice

*Crepe Batter
3 eggs
100g cake flour
300g milk
30g white sugar
40g butter

*Peach Cream
70g cream cheese
250g heavy whipping cream
80g peach jam
20g white sugar

*Tips:
- Make sure to strain the crepe batter for the layered crepes to remove any undissolved flour particles.
- Control the temperature when cooking the crepes; pour the batter when the pan is heated.
- If your work surface isn't long enough, you can roll a bit and then continue rolling with more crepe. Please refer to the video for details.
