7~8 根葱 Green Onion
*外层酥皮 Crust Layer
115g 无盐黄油 Unsalted Butter
60g 糖粉 Sugar Powder
1 个常温鸡蛋 Room Temp Egg
200g 中筋面粉 All-purpose Flour

*香葱花生馅 Filling
30g 玉米油 Canola Oil
50g 花生酱 Peanut Butter
30g 白砂糖 White Sugar
80g 熟糯米粉 Glutinous Rice Flour
50g 花生碎 Peanuts Crumb
10g 白芝麻 Roasted White Sesame
2~4g 干葱碎 Dried Onion

蛋黄 Egg Yolk
白芝麻 Raw White Sesame
