烤红薯芝士酥 '蛋糕 Sweet Potato Cheese Cake With Crust Topping

* 饼干底
100g 饼干
30g 融化黄油

* 奶酥粒
50g 低筋面粉
15g 白砂糖
35g 黄油

*红薯芝士
215g 奶油奶酪
100g Greek Yogurt 希腊酸奶
55g 白砂糖
2 pcs 鸡蛋
100g 淡奶油
20g 低筋面粉
200g 红薯泥

烘烤： 170摄氏度 60mins

小贴士：
酥粒可以不加，但是加了之后更加的好吃， 脆脆香香的口感。
芝士蛋糕都是要冷藏之后再食用哦。
芝士蛋糕糊里面可以加入点红薯块也是很好吃的。
