食材 Ingredient
200g 小米 Millet
80g 面粉 All-purpose Flour
2g 即发干酵母 Instant Dry Yeast
20g 白砂糖 White Sugar
2个 蛋黄 Egg Yolk
135g 水 Water

小贴士:
1. 发酵前的面糊状态不要太稀哦,一定的支撑力是必须的。
2. 蛋黄的加入可以让米糕的口感粘糯性更强, 颜色更加好看, 不要省略哦!
3. 刚蒸完的口感最好吃哦!
