100g Corn Meal
110g Boiling Water
1 pcs ~50g Egg
25g Water
3g Instant Dry Yeast
200g All-purpose Flour
15g Canola Oil
White Sesame (Optional)

📢 玉米面饽饽

📢 配方
100g 玉米面
110g开水
1个 鸡蛋 (~50g )
25g 水
3g 即发干酵母
200g 中粉
15g 玉米油
白芝麻 (底部用)

📢 小贴士
* 鸡蛋大小不同, 用水可调整即可。鸡蛋与水的总重量为75g即可。
* 水称的时候,可以多称5g, 尤其是煮水的锅比较大的时候, 弥补水份的蒸发。
* 揉面的时候,不要活好立马揉。 让面团静置水合一下,会惊讶原来这就揉光滑啦。
* 芝麻底, 生煎之后脆脆的, 真的太好吃了, 家里又芝麻的千万不要错过。
* 生煎加水的时候, 水宁多勿少。 加多了, 可以提高一下火力或者时间长一些就好啦!
