Ingredients: Serves 3-4 People
1- 4 Pound Chicken
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 Lime Juice ( Approximately 2 Limes)
4 Large Cloves Garlic- Chopped
1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
2 Teaspoons Paprika
1 Teaspoons Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
2 Teaspoons Sugar

Green Sauce
Jalapeños - If you want not too spicy, use only 1-3 without seeds. For really spicy, use 3 plus the seeds
1 Cup Packed Cilantro Leaves
2 Cloves Garlic- Chopped
1 Cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Olive
