2 Cups Callebaut White Chocolate
2 Cups Callebaut Milk Chocolate

Cake- Makes a 6 Hearts plus 1- 9" Cake
4 Egg whites
1/2 Cup Sugar
4 Yolks
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Water

Cake Filling
1 Cup Heavy Cream (40%)
2 Tablespoons Confectioners Sugar
1/4 Cup Chocolate Sauce plus Extra as needed

Chocolate Glaze for Cakes
3 Cups Confectioners Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Water
1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla
4 1/2 Tablespoons Cocoa

Raspberry Sauce
1 Pint Raspberries
Start with 1/3 Cup of Confectioners Sugar and add up to 3/4 Cup as needed, The more sugar you add the sweeter it will be. If its to tart for you, add more sugar.
Water as needed to thin it out just a little bit

Cocoa powder for Plating
