Zdravi plochki bez pechenje i bez dodaden sheker. Odlichno ja podignuvaat energijata i ja zadovoluvaat potrebata za slatko bez da vnesuvate sheker vo organizmot.
Sostojki:
Ovesni snegulki 160 g (14 polni lazici),
55 g bademi,
30 g orevi,
55 g leshnici,
25 g sonchogled, (3 s l),
15 g semki od tikva (2 s l),
15 g susam (1 s l),
30 g brusnici,
Med 60 ml
150 g urmi bez semki
Podgotovka:
Vo tava bez maslo pechete na sreden ogan:
Ovesnite snegulki - 4 min,
Bademite, orevite i leshnicite - 4 min,
Sonchogledot, semkite od tikva i susamot - 3 min.
Blendirajte gi urmite i medot.
Dobro izmeshajte, pritisnete ja cvrsto smesata vo sad 22 x 22 sm i ostavete nekolku chasa vo frizider, najdobro cela nokj.
Sechete plochki i ukrasete so chokolado.

Healthy bars without baking and without added sugar. They perfectly raise energy and satisfy the need for sweets, without introducing sugar into the body.
Ingredients:
Oatmeal 160 g (2 cups),
55 g almonds (1/2 cup),
30 g walnuts (1/4 cup),
55 g hazelnuts (1/2 cup),
25 g sunflower (3 tbsp),
15 g pumpkin seeds (1 tbsp),
15 g sesame seeds (1 tbsp),
Cranberry 30 g,
Honey 60 ml (1/4 cup),
150 g pitted dates
Preparation:
In dry pan roast:
The almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts - 4 min,
The sesame, sunflowers seeds and pumpkin seeds - 3 min,
Oatmeal - 4 min.
Blend the pitted dates and the honey.
Mix all together and firmly press into 22x22 cm dish.
Let it stay several hours into refrigerator or overnight.
Cut into bars and decorate with chocolate.
