Hello friends! Today we will make a delicious and healthy lunch with wholemeal rice and ground turkey meat, which we will put in large peppers and we will get a great meal for the whole family. The ingredients in the video are for 2-3 people, but you can plan according to your needs.

Ingredients for 2-3 people:
2 large peppers - fresh or frozen,
160 g ground turkey meat,
Boiled wholemeal rice 25 g,
Tomatoes from a jar (or fresh) 5 tbsp.
Tomato sauce 4 tbsp.
Parsley 1 tbsp.
Hot water 100 ml,
Sunflower oil 5 tbsp.
1 onion,
3 cloves of garlic,
Spices to taste: salt, pepper, turmeric, ground red pepper, oyster, oregano

Состојки за 2-3 лица:
2 големи пиперки - свежи или смрзнати,
160 г мисиркино мелено месо,
Сварен интегрален ориз 25 г,
Домати од тегла (или свежи) 5 с л,

Магдонос 1 с л,
Топла вода 100 мл,
