Today I have for you a wonderful, tasty and healthy recipe for a homemade healthy and delicious rice and spinach dish.

Sostojki:
Spinach 500 g,
Rice 30 g,
1 onion,
1 carrot,
Salt and pepper to taste,
2 tbsp tomato sauce,
3 tbsp olive oil,
200 ml of hot water.

Directions:
Fry the onion until it becomes transparent. Add the rice.
Add the grated carrot, chopped spinach, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Once the spinach has softened, add 1 cup of hot water (200 ml) and put it in a heated oven at 200 degrees. Let it bake for 20 minutes.
A little water should remain at the bottom. Put the eggs and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

Denes za vas imam prekrasen vkusen i zdrav recept za domashno zdravo i vkusno jadenje so oriz i spanakj.

Sostojki:
Spanakj 500 g,
Oriz 30 g,
1 kromid, 1 morkov
Sol i biber po vkus,
2 s l domaten sos,
3 s l maslinovo maslo,
200 ml topla voda.

Podgotovka:
Isprzete go kromidot da stane transparenten, dodajte go orizot, dodajte go rendaniot morkov, iseckaniot spanakj, domatniot sos, sol i biber.
Otkako ke omekne spanakjot dodajte 1 chasha topla voda (200 ml) i stavete vo zagreana rerna na 200 stepeni. Neka se pece 20 minuti.
Na dnoto treba da ostane malku voda. Stavete gi jajcata i neka se peche ushte 10 minuti.
Uzivajte!
