软糯香甜的软皮紫米饼, 不用开酥, 不用炒馅, 糯糯的, 软软的,非常好吃清淡的一款点心。

原材料:
*紫米馅 Rice Filling
150g 白糯米 Sticky Rice
350g 紫/黑糯米 Purple/Black Sticky Rice
660g 水 Water
70g 炼乳 Condensed Milk
40g 白砂糖 White Sugar

*饼皮 Dough
400g 中筋面粉 All-purpose Flour
4g 泡打粉 Baking Powder
4g 即发干酵母 Instant Dry Yeast
185g 水 Water
40g 白砂糖 White Sugar
50g 色拉油 Cooking Oil

350 摄氏度 30分钟 压烤盘烤制, 中间翻面一次, 上色金黄即可。
350 degF ~30 minutes flip sides after 15 minutes.
