中秋节快到了,想吃月饼却不要等3天回油吗?推荐你做这款潮州梅菜月饼、传统成为潮州捞饼。脆皮月饼,馅料咸甜搭配,香而不腻,比想象好吃很多~ 这月饼采用千层酥皮为外皮,中间包着以低糖莲蓉和梅菜为主的丰富馅料。趁温切开月饼,外皮酥脆掉渣,满满奶香味和芝麻香,中间有莲蓉+梅菜+冬瓜糖+糖柑橘皮+白芝麻+瓜子,层次口感和口味超丰富。

收藏方式:做好温吃口感最佳。冷却后收密封容器,室温3-5天。吃前Toaster弄热回温回酥再吃。

Mid-Autumn Festival is around the corner. Wish to eat mooncake but don’t wanna wait 3 days to return oil? Recommend you to make Teo Chew Preserved Mustard Mooncake, traditionally known as Teo Chew La Piah. Flaky Mooncakes, perfect combo of salty sweet fillings, so fragrant yet not greasy, a lot tastier than imagine~ This mooncake uses puff pastry crust, with Low Sugar Lotus Paste and Preserved Mustard as main fillings wrapped in the center. While warm cut open mooncake, flaky crispy crust with crumbs falling, loaded with milky and sesame flavors, with lotus paste + preserved mustard + candied winter melon + candied orange peel + white sesame + melon seeds, full of layers, texture and flavors.

Storage Method: Best eaten warm after baked. After cooling, store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days. Before eating, reheat with toaster, let warm, to return flakiness then only eat.
