一起来做“免烤百香果芝士蛋糕”给我生日的爸爸。做法简单直接，不用烤箱，免烤食谱。采用了很多新鲜的百香果制作，芝士蛋糕馅内有百香果汁，果肉和种子，上面再铺上一层百香果果冻，透视中还可见百香果种子，层次分明，看起来好疗愈舒服~垂涎三尺。切开来，芝士馅内满满的百香果果肉丝和种子，满屋百香果香，顶部多汁的草莓蓝莓，丝滑芝士，咸香消化饼底，刚好中和所有味道，酸甜清爽，超好吃~ 百香果铁粉一定要尝试！

收藏方式：做好收密封容器放普通冰箱冷却3-5天，取决于鲜水果本身可以存放多久。

Let’s make “No Bake Passion Fruit Cheesecake” for my dad’s birthday. The recipe is simple and straightforward, no oven required, no bake recipe. Made with a lot of fresh passion fruits. Cheesecake filling is filled with passion fruit juice, pulp and seeds, topped with a layer of passion fruit jelly, where passion fruit seeds can also be seen through transparent jelly, distinct layers, so therapeutic and satisfying ~ mouth-watering. Cut open, cheese filling is full of passion fruit pulp strings and seeds, full of passion fruit aroma, juicy strawberries and blueberries on top, silky cheese, and salty digestive biscuit base, contrasting all the flavors, sweet tangy, refreshing. Storage Method: Keep in airtight container and chill in normal fridge for 3-5 days, depends on how long the fresh fruits can last.

125g Digestive Biscuits消化饼
20g Brown Sugar 棕糖
1克 盐

=Cheesecake Fillings芝士蛋糕馅=
30g Cold Water 冷水
6g Gelatine Powder 吉利丁粉
250g Cream Cheese (Soften) 奶油芝士(软化)
70g Caster Sugar糖粉
1g Salt盐
2g Vanilla Extract 香草精
63g Strained Passion Fruit Juice 过筛百香果汁
200g Dairy Whipping Cream (Cold) 动物性淡奶油 (冷)
2Tbsp Passion Fruit Pulp & Seeds 百香果果肉种子

=Passion Fruit Jelly 百香果果冻=
50g Cold Water 冷水
9g Gelatine Powder 吉利丁粉
45g Caster Sugar糖粉
100g Strained Passion Fruit Juice 过筛百香果汁
2-3tsp Passion Fruit Seeds 百香果种子

(Chill 6hours to overnight in normal fridge)
(普通冰箱冰箱冷却6小时-隔夜)
