开斋节马来新年刚过,凑热闹来做传统“莫莫饼/雪球饼”。做法简单快速,采用了纯无水牛油来制作,口感超酥香,完全入口即化。面粉还跟班兰叶一起炒香了后再制作,加添了淡淡班兰香~饼干烤好趁温立刻裹上传统糖奶粉,像雪球 一样,超可爱~ 一咬即刻融化在你的嘴里,一压即碎,超酥,满满奶香味,适合当年饼。
收藏方式:烤好彻底凉透,室温收密封容器保存一个月。要新鲜7天内吃。
Hari Raya Malay New Year has just passed, so join in the fun and make traditional "Kuih Momo/Kuih Makmur/Snowball Cookies". It is simple and quick to make. Made with Pure Ghee Clarified Butter, yield super flaky fragrant texture that completely melts in your mouth. Flour is also stir-fried with pandan leaves, added a touch of pandan fragrance. After cookies are baked, while warm immediately coated with traditional icing sugar and milk powder, like snowballs, super cute~ It melts in your mouth as soon as you bite it, breaks into sand when pressed, it’s super flaky and full of milky flavor, perfect for CNY.
Storage Method: After baking, let it cool thoroughly and store in airtight container at room temperature for one month. Freshest taste, eat within 7 days.

200g All Purpose Flour (After Stir-fried) 普通中筋面粉(炒过)
2pcs Pandan Leaves 班兰叶
20g Icing Sugar 糖粉
14g Milk Powder 奶粉
1g Salt 盐
80g Pure Ghee/Clarified Butter/Minyak Sapi Tulin 无水牛油
40g Unsalted Butter 无盐牛油

30g Icing Sugar 糖粉
12g Milk Powder 奶粉
(Preheated Oven 160C: 20minutes) (Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
