一起来做杏仁奶酥面包卷。采用了杏仁粉来制作杏仁奶酥馅，顶部还撒了杏仁片，整体满满杏仁香。面包整形也很特别，用了条形切割卷花方式，装入Alko Kitchenware 8连迷你面包烤盘。新鲜烤好的面包卷表面橙黄金色，形成毛线小土司面包，可爱漂亮。撕开来，满满杏仁奶酥香，搭配脆口杏仁片，内部蓬松，口感松软拉丝，回弹力很好，好吃。

收藏方式：烤好温吃最佳。烤好放凉收密封塑料袋，室温３天。要保存更长，冷冻在冰库那里，吃前解冻即可。

Let’s make Almond Cream Bread. Almond flour is used to make almond cream fillings, top is sprinkled with almond flakes, entire bread is loaded with almond flavor. Bread shaping is very special, using stripe cutting method, place into Alko Kitchenware 8-Cup Mini Loaf Pan. Bread surface turn orange golden once freshly baked, shaped into woll mini loaf bread, cute and pretty. Tear apart, full of almond milky cream aroma, paired with crunchy almond flakes, fluffy interior, soft and stringpull texture, good spring back, delicious.

Storage Method: Best eaten warm after baked. Once baked, let cool and put in airtight ziplock bag at room temperature up to 3 days. To keep it longer, freeze it in the freezer, thaw before eating.

54g Egg 鸡蛋

5g Cornstarch 玉米淀粉
40g Almond Flakes (Roasted) 杏仁片(烤香)
