2:20 Add Barley and Wild Rice to pots of Boiling Water, with Chicken Base
3:45 Sauté Onions then Garlic then Mushrooms, then cool down
4:45 Finish Cooking Barley and Wild Rice
5:45 Cool Down then Mix all Ingredients, Plating and Tasting
7:20 BLOOPERS!!!

Ingredients: Yields 8 4oz. Portions
For Wild Rice
1 Cup Wild Rice- Rinsed
4 Cups Water
3 1/2 Tablespoons Chicken Base

For Barley
1 Cup Barley
4 Cups Water
3 1/2 Tablespoons- Chicken Base

12 Ounce White Button Mushrooms- Sliced
1 Medium Onion-Dice
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Red Pepper- Diced
10 Ounces Frozen Baby peas- Thawed and Rinsed
