材料：
500g 糯米
250g 猪绞肉
8~10朵干香菇
半个 洋葱
30g （2 大勺） 生抽
30g （2 大勺）老抽
20g （1.5 大勺）蚝油
10g （2 小勺）白砂糖
0.5g 姜粉
20g （1.5 大勺）猪油
一小碗 青豆
一小碗 荸荠丁
16~20 张 饺子皮

小贴士：
* 将糯米按照视频做法蒸熟比用电饭煲煮饭更容易控制。
* 包裹的适合记得按照视频强调的重点排气，这样纸皮的效果会更好。
* 包裹的时候褶子怎么样都可以，蒸出来都会很好看。

500g Glutinous Rice
250g Ground Pork
8~10 pieces Dried Mushroom
Half Onion
30g / 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
30g/ 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
20g /1.5 tbsp Oyster Sauce
10g /2 tsp White Sugar
0.5g /¼ tsp Ground Ginger Powder （or use minced ginger ）
20g /1.5 tbsp lard
¼ cup peas
¼ cup water chestnut
16~20 Dumpling Wrapper
