📝 黑芝麻开花馒头 (6~8 Buns)
205g 热水
90g 白砂糖
400g 中筋面粉
4g 即发干酵母
5g 黑芝麻粉

小贴士:
* 用的糖量可以减少或者减半,含糖量高低是会影响馒头的口感的哦。
* 揉面的时候要巧用力,请观看视频里面的揉面环节。
* 蒸完之后,盖盖子焖3分钟再开盖, 防止气压变化造成馒头塌陷。
* 开花馒头,追求的是松软的口感,所以最好用二次发酵的做法。

4g Instant Dry Yeast
5g Sesame Powder
