- 5g Corn Starch

- 150g Glutinous Rice Flour
- 15g White Sugar
- 120g Hot Water

Tart Topping
- 150g Heavy Whipping Cream
- 15g White Sugar

🌟 Preheated oven 400°F /200°C, bake for 25~30 minutes, turn the baking pan around 15 minutes for even heating.
