一起来做双色螺旋牛油蛋糕。做法简单直接,不需分蛋,用了一个面糊来制作两个口味,原味和巧克力口味,唯独最难是需要耐心等待烘烤时间~ 这次采用了邦特模具制作成漂亮的螺旋效果,脱模时超疗愈~简单加上鲜草莓蓝莓就优雅高贵了。切开来,蛋糕内部大理石效果,结构绵密湿润,满满牛油香,酸奶香和巧克力香,太香了~
收藏方式:烤好彻底凉透,收密封容器室温2天,之后放普通冰箱冷却。要新鲜7天内吃。
Let's make Two Toned Spiral Butter Cake. The method is simple and direct, no egg separation, use one batter to make two flavors, original and chocolate flavor, the most difficult thing is to wait patiently for long baking~ This time I used Heritage Bundt Pan to create beautiful spiral effect, super therapeutic when unmoulded~ Simply add fresh strawberries and blueberries to make it elegant. Cut open, marble effect interior, the structure is dense and moist, full of butter, yogurt and chocolate aroma, so fragrant~
Storage Method: Baked and let cool completely, store in airtight container at room temperature up to 2days, after that chill in normal fridge. For fresher flavors, eat within 7 days.

227g Unsalted Butter (Soften) 无盐牛油 (软化)
360g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
16g Vanilla Extract 香草精
4 Large Eggs (add one at a time) 大鸡蛋(一次加一颗)
304g Greek Yogurt 希腊酸奶
260g All Purpose Flour 普通中筋面粉
115g Low Protein Flour/Cake Flour 低筋面粉
8g Baking Powder 泡打粉
6g Salt 盐
170g Bittersweet Dark Chocolate (Melted, 65%Cocoa) 苦甜黑巧克力 (融化, 65%可可)
7g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 无糖纯可可粉
(Preheated Oven 160C: 75-80min, Midway rotate baking tray, brown evenly)
(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, 4th Rack)
(预热烤箱160C: 75-80分钟, 中途转烤盘,上色均匀)
(上下火,不开旋风,第四层烤)
