The Best Fudgy Brownies Recipe
:: Cook Me Food ::

This brownie recipe makes the perfectly rich, dense and fudgy homemade brownies—every time! They are super easy and come together in just 10 minutes.

You’ll need:
• 5 tbsp (71g) unsalted butter (hot & melted)
• 1 cup (200g) white sugar
• 2 whole eggs + 1 egg yolk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• ¾ cup (75g) unsweetened cocoa powder
• ½ cup (63g) all purpose flour
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup (163g) baking truffles or chocolate chips (semi-sweet/dark)

Makes 16 small brownie bars
* Using an 8x8-inch baking pan in the video

:: HELPFUL HINTS ::
*I was using the Nestle baking truffles in this recipe but feel free to use chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)

*Cool brownies completely before slicing to get those clean and perfect squares

*To get a richer brownie taste, one can add a ½ teaspoon espresso powder with the unsweetened cocoa powder. Adding more than ½ teaspoon would require you to adjust the sugar requirement.

Happy baking!
