Turkish Pita bread recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 kg. Flour
- 300 ml. Milk
- 300 ml. Water
- 50 ml. Dry oil
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Dry yeast
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Egg, 2 tbsp. Milk - for coating.
- Sesame, Blackbread grass.

PREPARATION:

1. First, we activate our yeast. 300 ml. 1 tsp in warm water. Dry yeast and 1 tsp. Add powdered sugar, mix and wait for it to activate at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.

2. 1 kg to the kneading bowl. Flour and 2 tsp. Add salt and mix and make a hole in the middle. Activated yeast in the hole, 300 ml. milk and 50 ml. Add the oil and knead the dough on medium softness. Leave the dough to ferment for an hour.

3. We divide the leavened dough into 3 equal logs and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

4. We spread the rested logs and spread them in a baking dish, cover them and let them rest again for 10-15 minutes.

5. Then put 1 egg and 2 tbsp. We give a picture by drawing the mask we made from the milk mixture. At the end, we sprinkle sesame and black bread on it.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 220-250 degrees C.

7. We apply clarified butter on the cooked pitas for shine.
