Pea pepper stuffing recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

For 10-15 fillings...
- 1 cup of peas
- 500 gr. ground beef with medium fat
- 2 large onions
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Kabotu
- 1 tsp. Dried basil
- 1 tsp. Red pepper powder
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Black pepper
- Half a bunch of coriander, half a bunch of dill
- 4 tomatoes. 2 to the filling, 2 to the bottom of the pot.
- 10-15 bell peppers.
- Dry oil (olive, sunflower, corn), butter.

PREPARATION:

First, we cook our peas. If you soak the chickpeas in water a day in advance, they will cook faster.
Finely chop 2 onions and fry until the color fades a little. After peeling and chopping 2 tomatoes, add the meat and fry it well. Then we alternately add the spices, peeled peas and chopped coriander-fennel and remove from the heat.
We salt the inside of the peppers that we have cleaned and fill the filling. Place the diced tomatoes on the bottom of the pot and sprinkle with salt and pepper. We place our stuffing in the pot. Half a glass of water and about 2 tsp. Add olive oil and cook on medium heat until the peppers are cooked.

NOTE: These ingredients and recipe make 10-15 stuffed peppers from medium stuffed peppers. We used large peppers here and it turned out 10 dolmas. We presented only 5 dolmans in the video.
