INGREDIENTS:

- Ready lavash
- 2 bunches of spinach
- 1 large onion
- 100 gr. Holland cheese
- Half a bunch of coriander, half a bunch of dill
- Salt and pepper


PREPARATION:

First, we wash 2 bunches of spinach, boil it a little and chop it. After that, we chop our onion and fry it in oil, adding salt and pepper until the color turns a little yellow. We add the chopped boiled spinach to the onion and fry together until the water is absorbed and it falls into the oil.
After turning off the stove, we add half a bunch of chopped coriander and half a bunch of fennel to this mixture and mix it to make our stuffing ready.
Then we grate 100 grams of Dutch cheese. After the filling has cooled, we sprinkle a little Dutch cheese on half of our ready lavash. We spread our stuffing on it. Then sprinkle a little Dutch cheese again. We fold the lavash mouth to mouth and cook it in a pan without oil until both sides are browned.
After cooking, we grease the top with butter.
