– cream cheese with herbs
– grated lemon peel
– dark grape
– finely chopped dill
Mix the cream cheese with the grated lemon peel.
Use a cookie cutter to cut out hearts from the tramezzino bread, spread the sides with cheese and cover with dill. Squeeze a rosette of cheese onto one heart and cover it diagonally with the second heart. Decorate the top with a rosette and a piece of grape.

– 2 eggs
– sliced ham
– arugula
– balsamic sauce

Break the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, mix, pour into a slightly heated pan with a minimum amount of fat, cover with a lid. Fry until the egg is set, turn it over and keep it on the heat for a while, then remove it from the pan and let it cool slightly.
Place a fried egg slice on the ham and cut it into strips. Place arugula leaves on each strip and roll up like a roulade. Top with blueberry pickles and pour balsamico sauce over them.

Cut Haloumi cheese into thick cubes, wrap each cube in a slice of smoked bacon and grill until golden brown. Place a cherry tomato with a sprig of rosemary on each and serve warm.
