This is a short video to share a fast breakfast idea. I also call it “Lazy People Pancake”. How lazy it is? Just mix the ingredients and let YEAST do the job, give you the fluffiness of the pancake.
_ ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ RECIPE BELOW ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️_

✅ Ingredients:
- 250g All-Purpose Flour (2.08 Cu)
- 1 pcs Egg (~50g)
- 170g Milk (0.71 Cup)
- 2g Instant Dry Yeast (0.65 tsp)
- 2g Salt (0.33 tsp)
- 1 Cup Chopped Celery
- 6g Garlic Powder (½ tbsp) (optional)
Roasted Sesame (optional for top)

🧰 9“ (inner diameter) Pan

⭐ Tips:
*You can use scallion to replace celery. However, the unique crispy taste of celery make the taste more flavorful.
*Remember to wait near your stove so you will not burn the bottom and flip the pancake on time.
*If you want to cook the second day, the longer you want to wait then the earlier you put into fridge to stop the yeast working too hard. I usually prepare at 9pm at night time, leave at room temp 30 mins, and cook 8am in the second day.

今天分享一款懒人西芹饼,好做好吃松软快手!材料混合,无需揉面, 提前一晚准备, 第二天开火煎熟即可。 松软好吃!如果有铸铁锅, 味道更上一层楼!
材料:
250g 面粉
1 个鸡蛋
170g 牛奶
2g 酵母
2g 盐
小贴士:
*没有西芹的话可以用葱花代替。 西芹口感比较脆, 可以增加口感哦!
*煎饼的时候, 不要离开太久哦!
*如果想第二天晚上再吃, 完全可以活完原材料就直接放冰箱。如果当天就要吃, 可以室温发酵一个小时左右就开始煎。 煎的时候盖盖小火焖制,面饼彭发松软。
