一起来制作“湿润迷你萝卜蛋糕”，圣诞节经典蛋糕之一。用了很多鲜刨萝卜丝制作而成，而且蛋糕内还有满满蔓越莓干和核桃。烤好，个个迷你蛋糕好可爱，整个厨房充满香味。这食谱里面加了酸奶和植物油，让蛋糕内部结构即绵密，又保持湿润口感。萝卜蛋糕一定要配上奶油奶酪糖霜，绝配~ 而且白色糖霜像下雪一样，超有圣诞气氛。切开来, 内部绵密的棕糖色，满满的萝卜丝，香脆核桃，蔓越莓干，加上奶油奶酪糖霜，酸甜清爽。真的非常好吃～

收藏方式：做好冰箱冷却30分钟立刻吃，口感最佳。收密封容器放普通冰箱７天。冰库冷冻可保存更久，吃前解冻即可。

Let’s make “Moist Mini Carrot Cake”, one of classic cake for Christmas season. Made with a lot of freshly grated carrots, cakes are also loaded with dried cranberries and walnuts. Once baked, each mini cakes are so cute, whole kitchen is full of aroma. Yogurt and vegetable oil are added to this recipe to keep the internal structure of the cake delicate yet moist. Carrot cake must be paired with Cream Cheese Frosting, match made in Heaven. White frosting on top resemblance snow falling, so Christmas festive. Cut open, delicate caramel color interior, full of carrot stripes, crunchy walnuts, cranberries, plus cream cheese frosting, sweet tangy and refreshing. Really yummy~

Storage Method: Best eaten once made and chill in fridge for 30minutes. Store in airtight container and chill in normal fridge for 7days. Freeze the cake can store longer, thaw before eating.

60g Roasted Walnuts 烤香核桃
80g Dried Cranberries 蔓越莓干
