还有一个月就圣诞节咯,一起来自制“裱花杏仁牛油曲奇”。做法简单直接，这食谱面团柔软，容易挤花，而且烤后还可以明显的保留曲奇纹路。烤出来的饼干外面酥脆，放进嘴里触碰口水化解，形成入口即化口感。裱花饼干保持饱满圆圈线条，加上蔓越莓干布置，像极了圣诞圈。满满牛油香，加上一点酸甜蔓越莓和杏仁香，搭配一杯冷牛奶，简直绝配。适合当圣诞礼物，也适合当年饼，一箭双雕。

收藏方式：烤好彻底凉透，室温收密封容器保存。要新鲜７天内吃。
