继续做圣诞曲奇，一起来做经典的圣诞食谱“姜人饼”。做法简单直接，这食谱面团软但不黏手，烤后还可以明显的保留曲奇印花纹路。烤出来的饼干酥脆可口，满屋香料味，口感不会过硬，不会粘牙，不会过甜，香料味道刚好。个个纹路细节美美的，形成圣诞祝福语，圣诞树，驯鹿和姜人，可爱极了，搭配一杯冷牛奶/热茶，简直绝配。适合当圣诞礼物。

收藏方式：烤好彻底凉透，室温收密封容器保存。要新鲜７天内吃。

Continue to make Christmas Cookies, let’s make classic Christmas Recipe “Gingerbread Cookies”. The method is simple and straightforward, this recipe dough is soft but not sticky, retain clear cookies imprinted shape and lines after baked. 3g Vanilla Extract 香草精
30g Whole Egg 全蛋液
